1993 EFBB London & SE British Championships Highlights

Somewhat frustratingly, we can’t identify all the exceptional physiques in this Highlights video.

What we can tell you is that it’s mostly posing routines, the two guest posers are the amazing Andrulla Blanchette and a massively in-shape Ian Harrison. Both show off in extended posing routines which is must see.

And there’s a strongman, Gary Taylor, doing approx. a 500 lb jerk lift off the rack.

We’ve ID’d a few competitors (thanks to Kimberley Anne Jones) - Paul De La Hay, Jamo Nazzar, Leonard St. Cyr and Jim Connor. Larger than life character Jim Connor competed in both NABBA and EFBB and won a NABBA Masters Mr. World.
